TEAM
IROONY is led by its two founders, Charles and Anne Reboux.
Brother and sister, they grew up together in the French countryside within the Cognac area.
They combine their complementary backgrounds of technical innovation, textile development and business strategy, to push forward the IROONY project.
As he wanted to develop its own footwear brand, Charles multiplied the on-site visits of textile factories across Europe and Asia. Testing of different fibers for various product development grew his knowledge for materials. His search for fibers with ecological assets led him to focus on hemp.

Experimenting with a wide range of fibers for product development gave him an in-depth understanding of materials. His search for alternatives with strong environmental benefits ultimately led him to hemp.

When IROONY idea emerged from Charles experience, Anne left her career in consultancy to join the project, aligning with her intention to create positive impact through her work.

Now their unique expertise combining agriculture, biochemistry, textile and innovation is recognized in the ecosystem.
